By accessing aicreativevisions.com or using any AI Creative Visions™ service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it without permission, misuse our forms, or use it to harass others.

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, names (including AI Creative Visions™, Profit Playground™, S.H.I.N.E. to Radiance™, AI Profit System for Trades™, Wine Country AI™, and Landscaper Bid Buddy™), text, graphics, and software on this site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish material without written permission, except for normal personal browsing.

4. Coaching, SaaS, and paid services

Coaching programs, communities, and SaaS tools are offered subject to their own descriptions, pricing, and any additional terms shown at checkout or in the relevant platform. Refund policies, if any, are stated at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service.

5. User content

If you submit comments, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our services. You're responsible for what you submit.
